2024 Teal Ribbon Run/Walk

Join us for the16th Annual Teal Ribbon Run/Walk. This year we will have a live event on May 18th at Lewis Park in Minoa, NY and a virtual event, which will take place between May 18th and May 25th in celebration of ovarian cancer awareness and all our survivors and angels. The event starts at 9 am with gun time at 10 am. Awards at 11:30 am. Sites for team tents are available. Contact support@hopeforheather.org to reserve your team location. Safety note: the main road, Constello Parkway will close at 9:30 am making access to this event restricted. Please arrive early.
Plenty of free parking.
The Teal Ribbon Run is one of Hope for Heather’s largest community awareness events. Monies raised will be used to support ovarian cancer awareness, local patient support and research.

Runners (5K-10K)
Live 5K Run May 18th
We are going live with our traditional 5K run on May 18th in Minoa, NY.
Run the flat and fast Minoa course [course map] through the village. Score your personal best time for the year or all time best time. T-Shirt option for early registrants. Prizes for top runners in each age group. See registration site for age groups.
Prizes for fund raisers that raise $100, $250, $500, or $1,000 or more. 100% of your donations support ovarian cancer awareness, local support or research.
Virtual 5K - 10 K
Runner we are offering virtual 10K and 5K events this year. You can run your favorite course or the Minoa course between May 18th and May 27th. Upload your time to the registration site to see how your time compares with other 10K or 5K runners. Registered virtual runners receive an event shirt, downloadable bib and downloadable certificate of participation.

3K Family Walk
Live 3K Walk May 18th
Enjoy a scenic 3k walk and talk through the streets of Minoa, NY. Assemble family and friends on your team to support a survivor or your teal angel. T-Shirt option for early registrants.
Prizes for fund raisers that raise $100, $250, $500, or $1,000 or more. 100% of your donations support ovarian cancer awareness, local support or research.
Virtual 3K Walk
Enjoy a scenic 3k walk and talk through the streets of your neighborhood or local park between May 18th and May 25th. Include the kids, grandparents and pets. Take your whole family knowing that 100% of your donation supports ovarian cancer awareness, local support or research. Prizes for fund raisers that raise $100, $250, $500, or $1,000 or more. Registered virtual walkers receive an event shirt downloadable bib and downloadable certificate of participation.

Virtual Pet Walk
Walk with your pet displaying their new teal bandanna. Strut the neighborhood together as you proudly raise awareness on ovarian cancer. Pets can be very effective fund raisers. Who can say no to that cute face and loving eyes.
