This Year it's a Live Teal Ribbon Run
Join us for the13th Annual Teal Ribbon Run/Walk. This year we will have a live event on September 25th at Lewis Park in Minoa, NY and a virtual event, which will take place between September 25th and October 2nd in celebration of National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
The Teal Ribbon Run is one of Hope for Heather’s largest community awareness events. Monies raised will be used to support ovarian cancer awareness, local patient support and research. Hope for Heather is a 100% volunteer organization. 100% of your Teal Ribbon Run/Walk donations are applied to the cause.
5K Run
Live 5K Run Sept. 25th
We are going live with our traditional 5K run on Sept. 25th in Minoa, NY.
Run the flat and fast Minoa course [course map] through the village. Score your personal best time for the year or all time best time. T-Shirt option for early registrants. Prizes for top runners in each age group. See registration site for age groups.

3K Family Walk
Live 3K Walk Sept. 25th
Enjoy a scenic 3k walk and talk through the streets of Minoa, NY. Assemble family and friends on your team to support a survivor or your teal angel. Include the kids, grandparents and pets. Take your whole family knowing that 100% of your donation supports ovarian cancer awareness, local support or research.

Fundraising Prizes
Hope for Heather hosts events to allow the community impacted by Ovarian and other GYN cancers to assemble, to honor the survivors they support, to honor the memory of their angels. Our donors form teams to walk, run and fundraise together.
We supply online fundraising pages that can be personalized and shared on social media to encourage friends and relatives to donate in support of a loved one. Since fundraising is a very important part of our events, we offer merchandise prizes for the top fundraisers. We raise funds to finance research for finding an effective screening test, improve results of existing therapies and to eventually discover a cure. We encourage you to sign up for our email announcements so that you will know when the next event is scheduled. We accept donations of money, time and encouragement to help grow these events to accomplish our primary goal: "Educate to save a life"
