Reiki

The practitioner uses a series of gentle hand placements on or over the physical body. Reiki helps to restore balance to mind, body and spirit therefore the experience of a Reiki session is different for each individual. Some of the benefits a receiver may experience are relaxation, management of pain, stress and anxiety, physical healing, an energy boost and comfort. It’s like a massage for the spirit!
